Annual Vault ($79/year) doubles your monthly grant to 50K for 12 months. No subscription gate, no auto-renew on the one-time packs.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Sign up with just an email address. You only enter payment details if you decide to buy a token pack later.

Do my purchased tokens expire?

No. Tokens from one-time packs (Top-up, Stretch, Block) carry over month to month forever. Only the free monthly grant is use-it-or-lose-it: a fresh 25K (or 50K for Annual Vault subscribers) lands on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel the Annual Vault?

Yes. Cancel from your account page; the monthly grants stop at the end of your current 12-month term. Tokens you already received stay in your account.

Do Blacknave apps work offline?

Yes. Once an app is loaded, it works completely offline. All your data is saved to the browser, then synced to your account when you reconnect. AI coaching requires an internet connection because it calls a live model.

Does my data sync across devices?

Yes. Open the same app on your phone, laptop, or tablet and your progress, history, and PRs are there. Sync happens automatically every 10 seconds in the background. Works for every signed-in account.

Anthropic Claude (the latest available model) powers all AI coaching across the platform. Each tool has its own structured prompt that includes your real data, so the AI gives advice grounded in what you actually do, not generic recommendations.

Can I use Blacknave on my phone?

Yes. Every app is mobile-first and installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Add it to your phone home screen and it behaves like a native app: full-screen, offline-ready, with safe-area handling for iOS notches.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Treat every AI answer as a starting point, not a verdict. The AI is reading your real data, so its first pass is usually right on the math (your TDEE, your debt-free date, your projected Hyrox time). On strategy, it's a thinking partner. Disagree and the underlying tools still work.

Who owns my data?

You do. Blacknave stores your data so it syncs across devices, but you can export it any time and delete your account whenever you want. Account deletion has a 7-day cooling-off period before permanent erasure (you can cancel during that window).

Yes. Most Blacknave apps support CSV export of your raw data. We are also rolling out CSV import for tools like the Gym Coach so you can bring history from Strong, Hevy, or any spreadsheet.

Never. Blacknave does not sell or share user data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. The only third-party processors are Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI calls), and Lemon Squeezy (payments).

Yes. The TDEE & Macro Planner calculates your daily calorie target using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, then breaks it down into protein, carb, and fat targets and per-meal breakdowns based on your goal (cut, maintain, or bulk).

Yes. The Debt Payoff Planner models avalanche and snowball strategies side-by-side, shows your exact debt-free date, total interest cost, and the dollar-for-dollar savings of paying extra. AI coaching recommends the right strategy and exactly which debt to attack first.

Free apps don't talk to each other. The Gym Coach knowing you slept five hours last night, the debt planner knowing your actual take-home after subs, the AI race coach knowing your last logged simulation: that's the reason. Same memory across 21 tools. Free apps are 14 separate logins; one Blacknave account is one memory.

What if I only need one of the 21 tools?

Sign up free, ignore the other 20. The 25K monthly tokens are enough to use any single tool heavily. Only buy a pack if your one tool needs more.

Can I get a refund?

Free signups don't need refunds. For token packs, email help@blacknave.com within 7 days of purchase if you changed your mind and we'll refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Tokens used cannot be refunded.

Yes. Any signed-in member can submit feature requests, improvement ideas, and bug reports through the dashboard. Shipped suggestions earn a credit on the product page and a community badge on your profile.

Where do new tools come from?

Accepted Answer

A mix: founder-built when there is a clear gap, and member-suggested when subscribers ask for something the existing tools do not cover. Every shipped tool gets dated in the public changelog (/changelog).

Can I refer friends?

Yes. Every member has a personal referral link (in your account page). When someone you referred makes their first paid purchase, you get 18,000 AI tokens credited to your purchased pool (they carry over forever). No cap on how many you can refer.
