Who we are

Blacknave is a trade name of Hemmingle Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia under registration number 202603112107 (NS0322192-U).Hemmingle Solutions is the data controller for personal information collected through blacknave.com. We sell subscriptions to interactive fitness, finance, career, and lifestyle tools.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address, account ID, and subscription status: stored with our authentication provider (Supabase).
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Product usage: if you're signed in, your progress (e.g. training logs, saved prompts) is synced to our database so it's available across your devices.
  • Email list: if you subscribe via the free-prompts form, we store your email and send you occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
  • Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics which records page views without identifying individual users or using cookies.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data to third parties.
  • We don't run advertising trackers.
  • We don't use third-party cookies for marketing.
  • We don't collect financial account numbers, balances, or trading history. For products with AI features (Advanced/Premium), prompts are sent through our servers to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate a response: they are not stored or used for any other purpose.

Data subprocessors

We share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Supabase: authentication and database hosting
  • Vercel: website hosting and basic analytics
  • Lemon Squeezy: payment processing and subscription billing
  • An email provider: for delivering newsletters and transactional emails

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing help@blacknave.com.

Right to erasure: If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email us with the subject line "Delete my data". We will confirm the request, apply a 7-day cooling-off period (so accidental requests can be reversed), and then permanently delete your account, progress data, and profile from our systems. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete. Note: billing records held by Lemon Squeezy are subject to their own retention policy, which we cannot override.

For email-list subscribers, every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
