Scroll down to “Add to Home Screen”
In the share menu that slides up, scroll past the AirDrop / Messages row, then past Copy / Add Bookmark. Tap “Add to Home Screen”.

Confirm the name (you can keep “Blacknave”) and Safari drops the icon onto your home screen. Done.
